Has it been hard for you to get started on your fitness journey? Having a regular exercise schedule isn’t always easy. After all, there are plenty of excuses that can be made — time, boredom, injuries, self-confidence. But these issues don’t need to stand in your way. Our Working for Success Fitness Challenge is built to get your body and mind motivated to continue with your exercise schedule. Working out does not need to be hard. Just a few simple moves a day might just be the motivation you need. Each day in the month of June, we will send you a different circuit. You can repeat this circuit as many times as you want that day or you can add each day together to form a longer workout by day 30.
Fee: $17 with shirt
$10 without shirt
Ages: 12 and up
Registration Deadline: Tuesday, May 30th
Notes: We will have a private Facebook group with our circuits listed at the beginning of each day. If you prefer to be emailed, you will receive your weekend circuits on Fridays. T-Shirts will be available for pick up by the end of the challenge.
