The 5-30-2 Fitness Challege

January 2nd - February 28th

This is a challenge yourself Fitness Challege. Workout 5 days a week, for 30 minutes, for 2 months. We will provide you with one 30 minute workout once a week to help you keep your goal. Your workout the other 4 days can be walking, biking, resistance or anything that keeps you moving for 30 minutes straight.

Fee: $17; includes t-shirt, upon completion of the challenge
Ages: 12 and up
Registration Deadline: Monday, December 26th
Minimum: 5
Note: We will have a google form or paper calendar for you to keep track and turn into us at the end of the challenge.
