Looking for a short workout to do at home? Build strength and burn calories with this total-body virtual workout. This 15-25 minute workout will focus on arms, legs, chest, back and abdomen by combining resistance exercises with low-impact cardio. If there is anything we need more of right now, it’s strength. You’ll challenge your mind and body in every session.
Fee: $5 per month; $18 for 4 months
Registration Deadline: By the 1st of each month
Note: Equipment used will be hand weights (3-10lbs or what you feel comfortable with), yoga mats, exercise ball and resistance bands.
